Free open access publishing with ACM and IEEE
ACM: in all journals und conference proceedings, IEEE: in "Fully OA Topical Journals" only
ACM Univ. Basel corresponding authors may publish open access in all journals and conference proceedings in the ACM Digital Library for free. This applies for articles published from 1.1.2022.
To be allocated to the agreement, use your @unibas.ch mail and choose Institutionally Paid Open Access in the "Open ACM Open Rights Form".
IEEE Univ. Basel corresponding authors may publish open access in the Fully OA Topical Journals (gold open access) for free. This applies for manuscripts accepted from 1.1.2022.
To be allocated to the agreement, use your @unibas.ch mail and select University of Basel from the dropdown list in the publication portal. No price reduction will be granted for the OA option in hybrid journals. There is a quota of eligible articles.
